Great listening resources when struggling with addiction

Many of us are touched by addiction either in ourselves or loved ones. Pia Mellody pioneered an understanding and treatment of addiction, codependency and childhood trauma. Her CDs, especially the ones on shame, are some of the best resources I have found.
